The Standard Configuration Of The Cabinet1,Surface:the whole cabinet is phosphate coated and the exterior is expoxy thermosetting textured power-coated.
2,Material and thickness:cold-rolled sheet steel
Body: 1.5mm
Galvanized mounting plate: 2.5mm
Back panel and side panels: 1.5mm
Front door: 2.0mm
Craftsmanship Feature:
1,Combined power supply unit.It works better in form of paralleled cabinet by combining together.
2,The top cover can be removed easily. The side panel can be dissembled,which is convenient for electricities assembling inside.
3,The door is 25mm higher abrove the floor , makes sure to be opened freely.
4,Special tube of the door strengthening system can be fixed to the door with screws.
5,The main structure is weleded with overall section bars,which ensures not only the high intensity,but also the protection level of IP55.
6,The galvanized mounting plate can be pushed directly into the cabinet by the front. Moreover, it would be more durable and easily delivered with the U type folding design of both 2 sides.
7,The modular kits of the distance of 25mm, makes sure the flexibility and the generality of the installation.
