Huanghua Group is an enterprise group, which integrates industrial manufacturing, import and Export, founded in 1980. Now the group has more than 500 employees. There are five subsidiaries, and the products have founded ready markets in all regions of China and some of oversea markets. CNHK Electrics Co., Ltd., is the head of the Group. It is the largest company in terms of production and sales volume of high voltage electrical components in the group. The second one is producing high voltage power transmission. The third one is producing transformer. The fourth one is producing cabinet and the fifth one is a domestic trade company.

Huanghua Group is one of the Top 500 Private Enterprises in comprehensive strength in China, mainly specializing in the production of high-low voltage power transmission and distribution equipment, including substation, power distribution automated switchgears, terminal devices, as well as high-low voltage components, etc. In view of being specialized in electric industry, Huanghua Group gradually grows into one of the leading enterprises in industrial electrical equipment field in China. The group has invested in Shanghai to establish Shanghai Huanghua (CNHK) Electric Industrial Zone. The industrial zone area is more than 80, 000 square meters.
