Q2. Can you accept OEM or ODM orders?
A2. Yes, we can. Customized orders are also welcomed.
Q3. What the sample cost?
A3. Please contact our sales team, and tell them your requirement, they will check the sample cost for you.
(1) If we don't have stock, sample cost will double of the whole sales prices, the additional cost of the sample can be refunded to customers after customers confirmed the large order, and shipping fee should be paid by customers.
(2) For customized sample, the sample fees will be quoted separately.
Q4. What about the warranty of the products?
A4. 3 years warranty, during the period, we will responsible for the damage due to the defects in manufacturing.
Q5. What about the payment terms?
A5. FOB, EXW, CFR and CIF are accepted.
Q6. What is the MOQ?
A6. (1). For long term cooperative customers, no limited on minimum order quantity.
(2). If you purchase the furniture for your own hotel, we require minimum according to the products you require.
