UHMWPE IMPACT BED
UHMWPE impact bars are used to absorb large impacts caused by falling material at load and transfer points to protect the conveyor belt getting damaged. The DMC Impact bed is designed robustly and strong, to handle large products and take the maximum Impact. Unlike Impact Idlers, that often jump out of place, the Buffering bed is fixed and can not move, offering more protection and reduces downtime.
Buffering bed surface material: UHMWPE( Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene).
Rubber (SBR) of buffering bed located centrally.
Lower part of buffering bed has an aluminum alloy framework.
