A6:Knock down Packing with the carton boxes ,and inside with the pear cotton for protection. Glass parts are packed with wooden frame outsides to protect the items.

A7: As usual we provide assembly instruction drawing or video, and on site installation support also available if clients required
Q8. What kind of documents we will provide to you?
A8: B/L, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Sales Confirmation
,Certificate of Original,Form-E,Chinese commodity inspection certificate, Fumigation certificate etc. with these documents you or your designated forwarder broker can do the customs declaration at destination port.
Q9. During shipping, if there is a damage to products, how do you get replacement?
A9: During shipping, our shipping agency will try to ensure the safety of the cargos. If there is a damage to products, they would be responsible for the damage .If it is not a very serious problem, we will help you and compensate you the damaged parts.
