Q1: Which material do you use?
A. The chairs and beds, we use the good quality fabric, cow leather and PU, inside is high density sponge, withpolished wooden frame, solid wood leg or stainless steel leg.
B. Office chair, TV cabinet, sideboard, coffee table:solid wood, marble, MDF, stainless steel .It is according todifferent items, you could ask our sales for details. Q2: Which items can be customized?
We have our own factory, so most of items can be customized. Or customer can tell us your requirements,we will confirm you online.
Q3: How to pack the products?
A.Normal paper package+EPE foam+Carton angleprotection, used for cabinets, wood coffee table, wooddining table, bed, and other wood furniture, Woodenpackage is used for marble and glass furniture;
B.Transparent plastic bag+EPE foam+ Carton angleprotection+ Woven bag is used for sofa. Wooden wovenbag package is used for some special bed.
Q4: When the goods can be deliveredafter the order is placed?
A, Normally, goods will be delivered ASAP if we havestock. Otherwise, the lead time is 10-30 days accordingto your quantity.
B. Customized goods need 30-45 days to finish.
According to the quantity, the exact delivery timewill be specified in proforma invoice once order is confirmed.
