Q1:How can I get quotation and make order?
Just simply inform us item numbers(or link) of the items you are interested in and we will prepare detail quotation for you.Proforma invoice will be issued once order is confirmed and production will be started once advance payment is finalized.
Q2:When can the goods be delivered after order is placed?
For customized products, it can be from 20 days to 25 days, normal items can be delivered in 15 days, exact delivery time will be specified in proforma invoice once order is confirmed.
Q3:Are items shown on website ready to deliver after order is placed?
Most of the items need to be produced once order is confirmed. Stock items may be available due to different seasons, please contact us for detail information.
Q4:Do you accept sample order?
Sample order is acceptable, but production cost and shipping cost would be for the buyer's account.
Q5:Can you design or modified the products as we request?
Yes, kindly tell us how you would like the product to change, or send us pictures of your designs, our R&D department will work and quote accordingly.
