Cabinet body: 1.0mm thickness of cold-rolled steel sheet production, all the steel parts by pickling, phosphating treatment, surface by the epoxy resin powder coating, high temperature curing treatment, resistant to acid, alkali, corrosion, abrasion, scratch and impact cutting.
Cabinet doors: 1.0mm thickness of cold-rolled steel sheet production, the double buckle fastening of inside and outside, filled with insulation material, all the steel parts by pickling, phosphating treatment, surface by the epoxy resin powder coating, high temperature curing treatment.
The door panels are inlayed with 4mm thickness of transparent tempered glass boards.
Moving layer panels: Use 4mm thickness of phenolic compact laminates, with 3mm reinforced Aluminum alloy edging strips, could according to the vessel size adjusting the pore size (Φ 10-100mm) of layer panels.
